Kids Campus

Every year, the departments at TU Kaiserslautern hold special lectures for 8 to 12 year olds which are becoming quite popular. Registration for these events offered by the Kids Campus, which are free and last about 45 minutes each, is not required. While children are given priority in respect to seating, we still recommend that you arrive about 30 minutes early.

In addition to the lectures, there is a reading corner especially for children in the university library (Building 32) with literature appropriate for their age and CD learning games on various topics in the natural sciences.

Kids Campus is always held on Wednesdays at 16:00 hours, usually in Building 52, Lecture Hall 207 (“Gebäude 52, Hörsaal 207”).
