Your Application

How are the applications processed?

1. You apply through our online application form and send the required documents to “StipendienAG (Building 47, Room 430)”.
2. When the deadline for submitting applications has passed, Stipendien AG and the academic departments make a preliminary selection.
3. Then these candidates are invited to an interview conducted by an appraiser from the relevant academic department and another appraiser who is not from this department.
4. The relevant scholarship donors may, if they so request, attend the interviews in an advisory capacity.
5. The selection commission consisting of all the appraisers and the university directorate draw up a list which ranks the applicants to be supported.
6. The Central Scholarship Award Commission of TU Kaiserslautern  votes on this list.
7. Each applicant is notified of the decision (accept / reject) of this commission.
