Organization

On the following pages we introduce you to the most important organizational entities of TU Kaiserslautern. These are the twelve academic departments, the university directorate, and various university bodies, which - depending on the body - are formed by representatives of the teaching staff and the students as well as non-academic employees and external consultants.

The central facilities of the TU offer services which are of importance for many or even all members of the university community and are used by them. These facilities include the International School for Graduate Studies as well the Computing Centre or even Unisport.

In the area of administration and service, you can become acquainted with the various academic departments,  specialists and representatives with their fields of activity. Here you will also find information about the university‘s communication and information system (KIS), about the chip card for students and employees and all the forms you might need, such as for ordering office supplies and reimbursement of travel costs.
