Some days you may be just too busy to call. That is when you can be glad we use e-mail.
You can send your questions and messages to studium[at]uni-kl.de or you may choose to use our official e-mail form. We will provide an immediate answer or forward your e-mail to the responsible TU staff office.
If you have applied please include your student number or date of birth. In order to provide the appropriate answers to your questions, it helps us when you mention your desired major or faculty.
If you already are a student at TU Kaiserslautern, please include your student number and your RHRK e-mail address in your request. We will send the answer regarding your request only to your RHRK e-mail address.

Our goal is to provide an answer to your e-mailed questions within one or two days – not counting the weekend. Nevertheless, in some cases, it can take a bit longer.
We recommend that you ask truly important questions, especially those that are tied to a running deadline, per telephone or in person at the SSC.
Change of address?
Do you want to change your address via an e-mail? Just send the appropriate message to us from your RHRK e-mail address.
Power of Attorney?
Do you want to give someone else the authority to receive your documents or submit your applications? This is possible via e-mail only if you write to us from your RHRK e-mail address.
