Withdrawing from an Exam

Under certain circumstances, you are allowed to withdraw from participating in an exam.

The important points below are relevant:

• There is a specific deadline for withdrawal.
• Not applicable for make-up exams (withdrawing from a make up exam is fundamentally not authorized, according to degree program).

Depending on the degree program, withdrawing from an exam may be accomplished in person or online using the QIS self help function. You can print or fill out the required withdrawal form when you appear in person at the Office of Examination Affairs.

Withdrawal deadline

The date of receipt determines the official request date. You may use the mailbox at Building 47 (observe deadline) or the wooden box located at the Office of Examination Affairs to post your request for withdrawal.
