The Friends of TU Kaiserslautern

Since its formation in the year 1969, the “Freundeskreis der Universität Kaiserslautern e.V.”, has taken on the following tasks:

• To advance the integration of the University and its members in the city and the region and
• To support the University in areas where public funds are not or are only insufficiently available.

The Friends of the TU assist both students and alumni. More than 1,200 individuals and over 130 companies are members.

This association is solely and directly active to serve the public good, its income is derived from membership dues, donations and the income yielded by its assets.  All its services are rendered voluntarily.
