Online Application

Different portals are used for the online applications. Be sure to select the portal appropriate for you as an applicant

• with German school records (e.g. abitur) or as a German

• with foreign educational certificates

• for a distance learning course (winter semester only)

IMPORTANT: Applicants for early admission in the summer semester should select the online portal for applicants with German school records. Enter "distance learning/part time" at the bottom of the form.

No changes can be made after you send the online form. Also, the data you enter in your online application is not stored after closing the online application.

If you cannot print the form after completing your online application, print a copy of the blank form and fill it out by hand. Complete the printed form and enter your application number as assigned on the online application to prevent the confusion of double submissions.

If you did not enclose the form (with passport photo) to request a student chipcard with your application, you can print a copy of the form here:

IMPORTANT: Students in the distance learning courses are not required to submit this form as no chipcards are issued in this program.
