EILC - Erasmus Intensive Language Course

EILC are intensive language courses supported by the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) complementary to the Erasmus mobility grant. However, courses are only supported in the following languages:

Belgium (Dutch in the Flemish community), Bulgaria (Bulgarian), Denmark (Danish), Estonia (Estonian), Finland (Finnish and Swedish), Greece (Greek), Iceland (Icelandic), Italy (Italian), Croatia (Croatian), Latvia (Latvian), Lithuania (Lithuanian), Malta (Maltese), The Netherlands (Dutch), Norway ( Norwegian), Poland (Polish), Portugal (Portuguese), Romania (Romanian), Sweden (Swedish), Spain (Basque, Gaelic, Catalan, and Valencian), Switzerland (Italian), Slovakia (Slovakian), Slovenia (Slovenian), The Czech Republic (Czech), Turkey (Turkish), Hungary (Hungarian), Cypress (Greek).

NO courses are offered in German, English, French, and Spanish.

The institutions that organize these intensive courses are listed here to assist those Erasmus students interested in these courses.

Erasmus students are notified in a timely manner by the International Office regarding the EILC application process.

Application deadlines
May 25 for classes taught in summer and fall (before the winter semester).
October 25 for classes taught in winter and spring (before the summer semester).
