The ISGS is an umbrella institution to support the internationalization process at the Technische Universität Kaiserslautern by promoting the university´s international graduate programs and research options and deepening the international network. 

We care for international postgraduates and visiting scholars from the very decision of coming to Kaiserslautern until graduating or leaving the university. We lend a hand during every phase of your stay!

We assist the departments, faculties and the university´s executive board in terms of strategic planning, development and implementation of concepts with the regard to internationalization.
Our international higher education marketing aims at promoting the academic and scientific options according to the strategic target countries of the universities development plan. In order to recruite excellent graduate students, PhD candidates and guest researchers we promote the offers of the departments on higher education fairs and various databases.
