To provide long-term and sustainable support and professionalization are important paradigms of TU Kaiserslautern’s strategy in personal development of early career researchers. The TU-Nachwuchsring is the central support structure representing all departments of the University. Its broad portfolio of measures and instruments provides targeted career support. The International School for Graduate Studies (ISGS) provides a Welcome Service, various information offers, as well as special seminars and courses for incoming international Ph.D. students and early career researchers.
