Welcome to the Graduate School Commercial Vehicle Technology

The Graduate School Commercial Vehicle Technology fosters the R&D co-operation within the University of Kaiserslautern in the field of commercial vehicle technology by a new educational concept.

The Graduate School is striving to achieve excellence in Commercial Vehicle Technology (CVT) by qualifying master and doctoral students in close co-operation with industry. Education and research on CVT topics will integrate all important fields within the product lifecycle of commercial vehicles. The established Master Program CVT is international, bilingual (English, German), interdisciplinary as well as unique and is organized and performed by the Graduate School CVT.

Seminar - Infrared Heating in Vehicles


The Graduate School CVT offers this summer semester the CVT seminar “Infrared Heating in Vehicles”. During the seminar you will work in groups on one topic each in the context of infrared heating in vehicles and prepare a paper and a presentation of the results. Interested students can register for participation in OLAT until 14 April. The number of participants is limited to 21. Further information will follow soon.
