February 2011: ERMA Kick-off Meeting in Konz
On Friday, the 18th of February 2011, the project partners met for the common start of the Research Project "Energy and resource efficient mobile working machines". The company Volvo Construction Equipment GmbH & Co. KG was won as an associated partner for the joint project.
ERMA and the Mobile Excavator Volvo EW 180 C
The investigation of new concepts and technologies for reducing the energy and resource consumption of mobile machines has to be made using the mobile excavator Volvo EW 180 C as an example. This is available at the RPTU as an experimental vehicle for the project partners.
