Note on electronic communication
Communication mainly takes place electronically - by e-mail.
After successful enrollment, an account and an associated e-mail address will be set up for you at the RHRK (Regionales Hochschulrechenzentrum). According to the enrollment regulations of the TUK, you have to set up and use the RHRK account in such a way that you regularly access the information of the TUK. Therefore, please note that we send messages exclusively to your university-wide RHRK email address, also for data protection as well as IT security reasons.

Due to the holidays and the turn of the year, the Subdivision Distance Student Affairs (4.5) will be closed from 23.12.2022 to 02.01.2023 inclusive and will also not be reachable by phone/email. From 03.01.2023 we will be there for you again.

Submission of papers: In the period from 22.12.2022-02.01.2023 no confirmation of receipt will be sent and experience shows that the letterboxes are very full.
Therefore, especially during this period, please make sure to submit by e-mail!
A confirmation of receipt will be sent again from 03.01.2023 onwards or will be made up for later. The date of receipt will be the date of receipt of the e-mail.
