Spin+X – Spin in its collective environment

Transregional Collaborative Research Center (SFB/TRR) 173 “Spin+X – Spin in its collective environment” was started by the Deutsche Forschungsgemeinschaft (DFG, German Research Foundation) in January 2016.
Spin+X research ranges from the fundamental realm of spins in molecules and solids to the development of complex spintronics device structures and magnetic sensors.

Raphael Kirchner receives the poster award of the journal "Magnetic Resonance in Chemistry"

Anne Friebe receives the poster award of the VDI Society Energy and Environment and the ProcessNet group Thermodynamics

Two contributions of the Transregional CRC 173 Spin + X were awarded at international conferences in September.
Raphael Kircher received the poster award of the journal "Magnetic Resonance in Chemistry" at the SMASH Small Molecule Conference 2018 in Philadelphia, USA. The award was given for his contribution "Dynamic Nuclear Polarization Enables Fast Flow NMR Reaction and Process Monitoring".
Anne Friebel received the poster award of the VDI Society Energy and Environment and the ProcessNet group Thermodynamics at the Thermodynamics Colloquium 2018 in Kassel. The title of the awarded contribution is "Studies of Phase Equilibria and Batch Distillation with Benchtop NMR Spectroscopy".
