Train and Bus
You can use various connections to reach Kaiserslautern, including Intercity or municipal trains.
There are connections to all destinations from the train station in Mannheim.
It takes about five minutes by taxi from the train station in Kaiserslautern to the university.

Airport Saarbrücken-Ensheim (it takes one hour on the motorway 6)
Airport Frankfurt – Rhein-Main (it takes 1.5 hours on the motorway or 2 hours by train)
Airport Hahn (it takes 1.5 hours on the motorway 62)
